How the spins reach your account
You will have walked from picking an offer to clearing the wagering on its winnings.
No deposit or deposit?
Decide between the spin offer without a deposit and a deposit-based one, then note the code, the slot and the number of spins before you start.
Name matching your ID
Type your details exactly as they appear on your photo identification. Offers without a deposit may hold the spins until your phone number or identity is confirmed.
Bonus section or code
Open the bonus section of your account, or enter the code of the offer, inside the activation window. Spins that sit unopened past those days simply disappear.
Viperspin Casino counts only eligible methods
Top up at least NZ$20 with an eligible method, since Skrill and Neteller are excluded from these offers. The credited spins land on the slot named for that offer.
Trace the spins before you complain
Activate the offer first. Spins wait in the bonus area of your account and only start after activation. Open that section, tap the offer, then reload the slot once.
Right bonus, wrong slot. Each batch is tied to one named slot and nowhere else. Load exactly that game from the offer card, since another title shows no spin counter.
Was the payment enough?. Anything under NZ$20 leaves the offer uncredited, and Skrill or Neteller payments do not qualify either. Add a qualifying payment and ask support to attach the spins.
Country mismatch blocking credit. The offers here are built for New Zealand accounts, so a sign-up made elsewhere gets no spins. Confirm the country on your profile before writing in.
Did a big bet cost it?. Stakes above NZ$10 during wagering void the winnings and the spin balance. Check your bet history, then ask support whether anything can be restored.
Time to message support. Nothing left to try means it is time for the support team. Send the offer code and the exact time you claimed it, and they can trace the record.
Starlight Christmas from Pragmatic Play runs 75 spins at 0.10 each on Thursdays, with RTP 96.5% and high volatility. 75 free spins · Midweek day spins · Thursday; RTP 96.5%
Each row multiplies spins by spin value, applies the slot RTP for an expected win, then applies the wagering to that win. Treat the figures as an estimate.
Viperspin Casino grades the spin bundle by deposit
On a Sunday, three deposit tiers unlock more spins on The Easter Catch, from NZ$20 upward, wagering 25x.

When spins vanish
Spins counted, then answered
Worth reading once your spins are credited, or when they have not shown up at all.
trustWhat happens when a spin offer goes wrong, who regulates it?+
On screen the footer shows the licence: Gaming Control Board Curaçao, number OGL/2009/8934/792, held by Viperspin Casino N.V. under company number 140629. A Curaçao licence is your first check when a spin dispute arises, so quote those two numbers in any message. Audit partners iTech Labs and QUINEL review the games behind the reels.
trustDo I need to know the spin value before I play?+
Each spin is fixed, not a stake you choose, so what you win depends on that value and the slot's RTP of 96 rather than on luck of a bigger bet. Reactoonz spins sit at NZ$0.10, so 25 of them carry NZ$2.50 nominally, and the casino estimates NZ$2.40 in expected winnings.
trustDo I need to wager first before taking the money out?+
Winnings leave as bonus money, so a withdrawal request waits until the wagering figure is cleared. Reactoonz no-deposit winnings carry 36x on winnings, an estimated NZ$86.40 turnover, and the cash-out cap is NZ$75. Only then does the money move into your balance and out to Visa, Skrill or POLi.
trustWhat happens when I want the biggest spin bundle here?+
Reaching 288 spins takes the whole welcome route: 248 spins on step one with the code VIPERONE, then 40 more with VIPERTWO, both at a NZ$20 minimum deposit. No single code carries that total, so a 288-spin claim means two deposits rather than one.
trustCan I change the stake on the spins I was given?+
No, the value stays where the offer puts it, from NZ$0.10 on Reactoonz and Starlight Christmas to NZ$0.20 on Aztec Magic, Ocean Rush and The Easter Catch. Spins run only on the named slot, so a stake change is not available before or during a session.
trustWhat if I invite a friend and they deposit?+
A friend who registers and deposits at least NZ$50 earns you 100 spins at NZ$0.20 on Bells On Fire, wagered 20x and capped at ten friends. Invited spins stay live for 7 days, and the wager window is the same length.
trustWhy should I decline spins I did not ask for?+
Nothing is binding, because spins are credited as a bonus you can decline or leave untouched. Until wagering is met the winnings sit as bonus money tied to the 36x rule, so asking support to remove the spins before you play keeps your own deposit and cash balance clear. Declining later, once balance is mixed, is messier.
Viperspin Casino spins stay optional
Free spins never oblige you to deposit again or to keep playing once they are gone, and a credited bonus can be left untouched. Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion sit in your account settings. For a real conversation, Gambling Helpline New Zealand, the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand and the Multi-Venue Exclusion Programme all take calls.
Deposit limits. Caps what you can pay in over a day, a week or a month, so a spin session cannot quietly grow into a bigger deposit.
Self-exclusion. Closes your account for a period you choose, with no route back in until that time has run out.
Cooling-off periods. Pauses play for a short stretch you set in advance, keeping the account open while access stays blocked.
Viperspin Casino payout path
What happens to spin winnings?
It answers the worry that spins pay nothing once the small print is applied.
What does 36x mean here?
Whatever the reels return lands as bonus money, and 36x of it must be played through. Reactoonz spins return NZ$2.40 on estimate, so NZ$86.40 of play clears them.
Before your first payout
A first cashout waits until identity, address and payment proof are on file. Allow roughly 17 hours for that check to close before the payout moves.
Slots do the clearing
Slot play releases the bonus in full, while other games add little or nothing. Viperspin Casino keeps the count on slots, so stay on reels to finish sooner.
Does it show as cash?
Spin results land in the bonus balance rather than your cash balance. They turn into withdrawable funds only after the playthrough figure is reached in full.
